Mushroom and Bean Burgers

Mushrooms’ taste and texture is very similar to meat when cooked so you won’t even be able to tell the difference in this burger.
Servings: 4-6 burgers
1 1/2 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup canned white beans
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder Salt, pepper
Using a fork, mash the beans until a smooth paste forms. You can also purée them in a blender or food processor. Transfer the beans into a bowl and stir in the green onion, garlic, chopped mushrooms, cumin powder, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Wet your hands and form burgers.
Heat a grill pan on a medium flame and cook the burgers on both sides for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
